Mr Frank Annoh-Dompreh, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, has appealed to delegates of the New Patriotic Party parliamentary primaries to vote for him to bring more projects to the area.
The delegates would be electing parliamentary candidates on Saturday, June 20, to represent the Party in the 2020 general election.
Mr Annoh-Dompreh, who is among three candidates vying to represent the Party in the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Constituency, made the appeal in an interview with the Ghana News Agency after he had donated items to traders at the Nsawam Market.
The items included veronica buckets, nose marks and hand sanitizers to assist the traders fight the COVID-19.
Mr Annoh-Dompreh said he had provided a number of facilities in the Constituency such as school blocks, libraries, roads and revamped the Astek Factory, which had provided job opportunities for the youth.
The MP pleaded with the delegates to retain him to continue to enhance their living conditions.
He called on the people to abide by the safety protocols against the coronavirus by wearing nose masks, washing their hands and using sanitisers while observing social distancing.
