Popular Ghanaian singer Wendy Shay has confirmed that her mother’s house got burnt few days ago.

According to the ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker, even though the house got burnt, none of her family members lost their lives.

In a video, Wendy Shay expressed gratitude to God for saving their lives during the fire.

“No matter what the devil throws at us ..we still stay happy and grounded. Thank God for saving my family and I. We lost our house but not our lives life still goes on,” she wrote.

Her fans on watching the video, sent their messages of condolence to her:

@veenaofficial excited that Wendy Shay was not hurt from the fire outbreak: “Glad your okay baby girl.”

@abizz_swagup_aesthetics had this to say: “Through Christ we are more than conquerors. I declare to u, u and ur entire family shall not die but live to the glory of God, Amen.”

@bonny_vee1 thanked God for Wendy Shay’s life: “We thank God for saving your lives ..indeed no weapon fashion against you shall prosper in Jesus Name Amen.”

@florencelistowel commented: “We thank God for ur lives.”

@ewuraba_steff shared her condolence: “Life goes on @wendyshayofficial.”

Meanwhile, actress Jackie Appiah was in the news recently while having fun during her summer holidays.

In a photo, the actress was seen standing beside a private jet near an ocean.
