West Ham are reportedly close to completing move for Marseille?s winger Andre Ayew.

The Hammers, who are still without a manager after Sam Allardyce?s departure at the end of the season, are keen to get their transfer business done early and according to the Telegraph they will soon finalise their second deal of the summer.

Ghanaian forward Ayew, who is out of contract following an eight-year spell at Marseille, has been attracting the interest of several Premier League clubs including Tottenham, Newcastle, Everton and Swansea.

But the Hammers lead the race to sign the 25-year-old after they upped their initial contract offer. Ayew is keen to move to the Premier League despite offers from clubs in Italy and Turkey.

If he does join for West Ham Ayew will be the club?s second signing of the summer after Birmingham goalkeeper Darren Randolph.
