Mr Seth Yeboah Ocran, CEO of Yoks Investments, speaking at a CIMG event in Accra, said the Yoks Training School idea was to provide the requisite knowledge for staff of various organizations in the hospitality industry.
He said the school would also enhance the capacity of staff to better serve their company’s clientele in the hospitality business.
He said currently in the country, there were no such training facilities to equip people in the industry with the needed skills to enable them provide the needed customer service for their clients.
The CEO said the school would also serve as a centre of training in cultural heritage, where the values of the country would be instill in practitioners for service delivery.
Mr Ocran said the school would commence in the first quarter of the year.
Mr Kojo Mattah, National President, CIMG, said the organization would continue to support individual organizations in promoting customer service delivery.
