The youth have been asked to overcome skepticism and the fair of failure to venture into business.
Mr. Richard Quaye, General Manager of Happy Home Tiles Company in Koforidua, said they should have the courage to create wealth for themselves.
Making the call through the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Koforidua, he reminded them to be more creative and adventurous to drive the economy and make better for everybody.
He said young graduates from the universities needed to use their acquired skills and knowledge to generate jobs.
Mr. Quaye, however, noted that they would require strong support to get going and that was where the intervention of the government was necessary.
He therefore appealed to the new political administration to do everything to assist young entrepreneurs with capital to start and grow their businesses.
This, he indicated, should come by way of the acquisition of equipment, machinery and funds.
Mr. Quaye said that was the path to travel to tackle the growing unemployment, particularly among the young people.
