Edem Kodjo, the AU facilitator for the Democratic Republic of Congo national dialogue, on Monday said the dialogue would last about two weeks for all concerned parties to work out a clear roadmap for the electoral process.

Although there are opposition parties opposing the dialogue, they will continue monitoring the talks, Kodjo said.

On Monday, the Union for Democracy and Social Progress, a main opposition party in DR Congo, agreed to take part in the dialogue through a letter written by its leader Etienne Tshisekedi, who is in Brussels on medical grounds. Enditem
