The centre would have an auditorium, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) hall, offices for chiefs and a playground for the youth and the elderly.

The facility has become necessary following the inability of the chiefs and youth groups to hold meetings and community gatherings under trees during the rainy season.
Mr Benjamin Kpodo, the Member of Parliament for the area, donated 120 bags of cement towards the project and commended the people for initiating self-help projects.
He urged the youth to rise up to build their communities through voluntary service.
Mr Banabas Anani, the Regent of Klefe Anasime, expressed hope that the facility would give a facelift to the Community and make positive impact on the youth.
Mr Delali Kasu, the Chairman of the Planning Committee, commended the people for the spirit of giving to develop their community.
