One of Kotoko transfer subjects to Mazembe, Daniel Nii Adjei
Asante Kotoko are looking to earn $100,000 as development fee in the ongoing negotiations with TP Mazembe for two of its players.
Midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei and right-back Yaw Frimpong have completed medicals with the DR Congo giants and are now waiting to sign the dotted lines for The Ravens.
However the Ghanaian champions are holding out for the additional cash.
?The Move forms part of the pragmatic futuristic professional football plans for the club,? Kotoko?s spokesman Listowell Yesu Bukarson told MTNFootball.com.
?Kotoko believes it is chatting a course for the revival of the club by signing player transfer contracts with the future of the club in mind.?
Kotoko have struggled in their opening Premier League title defence as they are currently without a win after three rounds of matches.
