In Touchmagazine can exclusively reveal Louis Tomlinson, 23, is expecting his first child with a woman named Briana Jungwirth, also 23 ? and the current situation is being controlled by none other than Simon Cowell.
“Simon wants her to move to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment and the birth, but she is refusing,? a source tells In Touch.
“While Briana and Louis still chat, Simon is controlling every move for this family.?
In fact, the source says the 55-year-old *X Factor* creator (who became a first-time dad in February 2014) is planning on moving Briana and her family to ?The Oaks,? an exclusive neighborhood in Calabasas, ?even though his preference was for her to be in a gated house in Beverly Hills close to Cedars Sinai.?
So how does the crooner feel about the news? He?s particularly excited ? because it puts a certain rumor to rest.

According to the source, Briana ? who met Louis at a Snoop Dogg event in LA back in February following his split from longtime girlfriend Eleanor Calder ? is about three months along.

But it appears drama could certainly unfold sooner than later, considering she?s American and Louis is British.
?The baby was conceived in LA, but she could face challenges for custody and financial support due to Louis being a British citizen,? says the insider, adding, “No paperwork has been filed as of yet, but Briana is preparing to retain a family lawyer to handle the child support, citizenship issues and privacy.?
