Swiss tennis star Roger Federer has confessed that he was lucky to win the Shanghai Masters on Sunday.
Roger Federer escaped with a 7-6(6), 7-6(2), over the French champion Gilles Simon.
“I got very very lucky. I know what a privilege it is to be here today,” he said after the game.
“The biggest concern was to be healthy this year.”
“I’m enjoying myself on the tennis court. I’m playing the way I was hoping I could play again,” he added.
