As friends of the pair are concerned about their romance
Chris Brown has confirmed his split from girlfriend Karrueche and romance with Rihanna in a new video entitled ‘The Real Chris Brown‘.
In the video, Chris revealed his anguish over ‘loving two people at the same time’ as scenes were shown of both him and Rihanna, and him and Karrueche.
Chris said: “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna.”
He continued: “I’d rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”
However Karreuche tweeted: “Wtf is going on? All I’m saying is you don’t mess with people’s genuine feelings. You just don’t! Life moves on. So let’s all. Bye baby.”
Meanwhile Oprah Winfery has said that she does not judge Rihanna for going back to Chris Brown and is supportive of their relationship.
Oprah further explained that she had great respect for Rihanna for opening up about her feelings.
“Rihanna truly deserves the respect. After reports surfaced that Chris Brown brutally assaulted her in February 2009, it took a lot of courage to appear on television and say she still loves him.”
Meanwhile Rihanna posted on her Twitter: “Ain’t nobody business. But mine and my baby.”
Chris was spotted with his arm around Rihanna attending the Jay-Z concert, and partying together at celebrity hotspot Griffin in New York.
