Some people in most corporate always work a lot while some smartly wallow around, doing nothing. Is the written rule of the corporate is that some has to toil and some need not? The unfortunate part is that many people do not even know how much they are working and should they continue to do so for the given salary. They do not know when to stop and let others continue from thereon.
Another interesting point is that the corporate is known to milk only the people who never refuse to work the most than making the lazy or irresponsible people to become accountable and responsible. One may call it as an ?exploitation of the innocence? but unfortunately only exploitation thrives better in most corporate than anything else.
Nature has answered beautifully the above and teaches the corporate man how he should follow the basic tenets.
The Malleefowl doesn?t care about their eggs or chicks. All they do is only they lay eggs. The eggs have to hatch without the help of the parents and chicks once are born also have to care themselves. Are the Malleefowl lazy? Are they so careless and unconcerned?
The Malleefowl are as concerned parent as any other birds on earth. They too equally care the eggs and chicks like other birds. But definitely there is a difference. They work for nearly 300 days in a year to build the nest to lay eggs. Imagine a bird build nest for its eggs for 300 out of 365 days. When a bird spent 84% of its life in building nest, how the nature can ask the bird to incubate and care the chicks as well. Nature has taken the responsibility to caring the eggs and chicks of Malleeflowl as soon as they lay eggs by relieving them from the responsibility of incubating the eggs and caring the chicks.
The chicks of Malleefowl become self reliant to run, move and fly within hours after they hatch out so they need no parental care. The nest architecture of Malleefowl itself provide all required conditions for the eggs to hatch, hence the bird need not incubate them also.
Look at the beauty of nature. It is extremely kind and considerate to every living being. No species has been assigned with any undue task and no partiality has been shown against any species. The Malleefowl also knows the fact that they need not do anything for the eggs or chicks beyond making the nest.
Like nature, the corporate also must take the responsibility in relieving people form the task and must assign the task to a new person at different time interval. Making the doer to do continuously should not be the law, the corporate should follow.
Look at the ?fairness? of nature as how it has supported every species without any favour or discrimination. In nature, every one is accountable to themselves and to others. Nature also has taken the complete responsibility to support them in every possible way. If the modern corporate ever learn this art, conflicting people can be made to great contributors.
