Dr.Abu Sakara, the flagbearer of the Convention Peoples Party, has condemned the salary hike of Members of Parliament. He He has described it as injustice to the ordinary Ghanaian. He made this statement at a news conference to highlight his party?s manifesto.
Dr. Sakara by this statement, becomes the first presidential candidate to condemn the GHC 3000 to GHC 7000 salary increase for our MP?s.
Speaking at the event, Nana Akosua Frimpongmaa Sarpong II, the party?s vice running mate reiterated the party?s commitment to change the country for good. She added that, a CPP government when voted into power will give priority to education and channel funds into making Ghana?s educational system, a model in Africa.
