He explained that although the team has Stephen Adams and Fatau Dauda, he believes what the Black Stars needs at the moment is the presence of Adam Kwarasey. He opined that comparatively, Kwarasey is active, good and very competitive and therefore saddens his heart why he has been left out of the senior national team.
?Comparatively, Kwarasey is in good shape and is involved competitively as compared to the current goalkeepers in the team.?
He called on the Ghana Football Association and stakeholders in sports to expedite actions in order to call back Kwarasey to solve the goalkeeping problem the country is currently faced with.
The Black Stars will over the weekend lock horns with their Ugandan opponents in Kingshasha after fetching a one all draw at the Baba Yara sports stadium some months ago. The Black Stars seek to brighten their chances of qualifying for AFCON 2015 with a win in the encounter.
