Airtel Ghana Hits Another Mark, Opens Exclusive Premier Retail Shop

Airtel Ghana has opened a new exclusive Premier Retail shop in the A & C Shopping Mall located at East Legon in Accra to serve customers with the entre suit of Airtel product portfolio with much attention on Airtel Premier products and services.
Customers who visit the Airtel Premier shop are sure to be treated to amazing services, powerful state of the arts mobile phones, tailor made Airtel Premier products and services that the company hopes will transform the social and professional lives of its exclusive customers.
In an interview with the Customer Experience Director of Airtel Ghana, Rosy Fynn during the event, she explained that the establishment of the retail shop was one way of getting closer to understanding the needs of customers since customers in today’s world are demanding accessibility and superior customer service.
She pointed out that, Airtel will also be delivering through its Premier shop, wide range of benefits including Airtel Loyalty Rewards Program which allows Premier customers to earn points when they use their lines and redeem amazing benefits.

Rosy Fynn indicated that, “the Airtel Premier retail shop will deliver priority service to Premier customers and serve the clients’ lifestyle needs.”

Also, Donald Gwira, Head of Corporate Communications of Airtel Ghana averred that the establishment and subsequent opening of the premier shop creates a completely great experience into the world of mobile communications and technology.

However, the official opening of the Airtel Premier retail shop was done in a serene environment at the A & C Shopping Mall when the company hosted its Premier customers, celebrities and social icons to an exclusive cocktail party.
