Belgium's Coordinating Body for Threat Analysis (OCAM) has decided to keep the country's terrorist threat alert at level 3, Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel announced on Wednesday.
Following a meeting of the National Security Council in Brussels, Michel said the level 3 alert would remain in place throughout the country.
Level 3 on a scale of 4 means a “possible and credible threat.” The current deployment of police and military personnel on the streets will remain in place.
