The Birim Central Municipal Assembly has voted to retain Mr. Andrews Abrokwa, as its Presiding Member.

He polled 41 votes to beat his only other challenger, Mr. Solomon Daidzi, who received 16 votes.

He expressed gratitude to the assembly and pledged to continue to work hard and with passion, to assist bring progress to the municipality.

He counseled the members to overcome division and ensure unity of purpose to achieve the development goals set by the assembly.
