There is a single guy and lady, each of whom had been groomed to believe that they could only marry within a particular social class of people. Love did not matter to them before marriage. They were brought together by their political, social or financial ties. Today, they are married and they even have children. But their life is a farce; a big lie. They keep up appearances for people, attend parties and other social engagements together but they both, they have affairs outside their marriage.
This is nothing but a two-faced couple. The marriage drew its foundation from a class-driven relationship-faulty foundation. The true identity of the relationship is different from what it actually looks like. Many observers and third parties wish they can be ?lucky? to have such relationships. Unknown to them, what they think about the relationship is not actually what exists.
You may be under some form of parental pressure to marry someone just because he or she is from parents that share the same financial class with your parents. Do not succumb to such pressures. Make your parent(s) or guardian realize that it is your future that is at stake here. Do not be insulting or confrontational in your approach. You actually need help.
First, accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and saviour if you have not done so.??For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ??(1st?Corinthians?3:11).
Are you already in a two-faced arrangement? Married man or woman and yet, an infidel? There is a solution. You must make up your mind to live up to the oath you made at the altar on your wedding day. God?s purpose for your life cannot be fulfilled as long as you continue to work against this life oath. Can a man contend with his maker? The answer is NO. Stop living a confused and double-faced marital life. Make up your mind to surrender your life to Jesus. A double-minded man cannot succeed.??But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does? (James 1:6-8 NIV).?If you are not yielding your all to Jesus, you are being fraudulent.
The truth is that you cannot help yourself to correct the mistakes of the past. Run to Jesus (Not church) as you are, and he will carry your burden. He said:??Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest? (Matthew?11:28?NIV).
If you allow the Lord Jesus to order your steps as a single guy or lady, you can enter a marital bliss, even though all other relationships you see around you are failing. It is possible. If you allow Jesus in, as a two-faced couple, Jesus is very able to eliminate the thorns in your marriage and make it a joyful and a changed one for good. I introduce to you, the unchangeable changer. Embrace him. He will change your ugly situation and help you to make your marriage work.
