The further CAF ?B? License Coaching Course organized by the Nigeria Football Federation came to a close at the FIFA Technical Centre, Abuja on Thursday. About 80 Nigerian coaches participated in the 10-day programme.
Ghanaian expert Ben Koufie was the assessor at the course, which also has Nigerian heavyweights Chief Adegboye Onigbinde, Dr. Kashimawo Laloko and James Peters as coordinators.
Declaring the event closed on Thursday, NFF President Aminu Maigari noted: ?At the 68th Annual General Assembly of the NFF that took placein Port Harcourt exactly a week ago, the General Secretary regaled the Congress with details of the lofty performances of our National Teams in their various international competitions and qualifying campaigns… These feats could not have been possible without good coaching. It is safe to say that the tireless efforts of the NFF at improving our Coaches has helped greatly in making better professionals and better men and women leaders of our National Teams.
?It is my belief that this further CAF ?B? course has further enriched our coaches, with the positive impact that this will definitely have on the performances of our National Teams at various international championships in the coming year.?
His address was delivered by Member of the Executive Committee, Alhaji Ahmed Yusuf Fresh, as the NFF President was in Ghana for the 2012 GLO -CAF African Football Awards.
