It’s now six months since girls were kidnapped on April 14th 2014 from a high school in Chibok by the sect Boko Haram. Despite the actions of the Government of Nigeria, assistance from several countries, and mobilizing international opinion the girls have not been released and returned alive to their parents. The fate of these girls is a shame and a disgrace to everyone endowed with a moral conscience. It is particularly unacceptable and intolerable that a global coalition of political, religious and association leaders does not succeed in rapidly resolving this disgrace. For the association “AISA International NGO”, far from being an ordinary kidnapping case, the fate of these girls is an insult to social, moral and scientific progress for humanity, an insult to Islam.

In this week when the world celebrates the International Day of the Girl, “AISA International NGO” wants to rejoin it’s voice to the global protest and support the calls of the global campaign “Bring Back Our Girls” so that stronger, redoubled actions are implemented without delay, to reach a total release of all the young girl prisoners from this inhumane sect terrorizing Nigeria and neighboring countries. We urge the members of the United Nations to convene on the sidelines of the General Assembly a special session on this issue. The international community cannot forget these girls, knowing that their release depends on peace between religions both in Nigeria and elsewhere in Africa, even worldwide. We make an Appeal for a surge of human consciousness, as long as it is affirmed through the General Assembly.
We invite the General Assembly of the United Nations to take initiatives to criminalize mass abduction as a crime against humanity. Together with thousands of international organizations, we launch a spirited appeal to the Government of Nigeria, and to all the neighboring countries and the leaders of major powers, to rescue and to put an end to the captivity and slavery of these 219 girls who remain prisoners of Boko Haram.”
Present in several countries of the world, “AISA International NGO is a spiritual organization with ?Special Consultative Status ?on the Economic and Social Council of the UN.
