Stakeholders in the anti- corruption crusade have vowed to pursue the implementation of the report of the House of Representative Ad-hoc Committee that investigated the payment of subsidy from 2009 to 2011.
They took the decision at a one-day meeting on the enforcement of the recommendations organized by the African Network on Environment and Economic Justices (ANEEJ) in Abuja. Declaring the event open, the Executive Director of the ANEEJ, Rev David Ugolor, said it was unfortunate that despite the huge fraud in the sector and its impact on the Nigeria people, the Civil Society Organizations have not taken lead in mobilizing the public against corrupt leadership of the NNPC, PPPRA, the Petroleum Ministry and the Accountant General of the Federation.
