Sir EmekaOffor the founder of Sir EmekaOffor Foundation is a very close friend of Late Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Haruna John, who died in a helicopter crash in Jos on Wednesday 14th March 2012, 12 days after he was decorated with his new rank by Mohammed Abubakar.
Sir EmekaOffor never abandoned Late Haruna’s family as he made sure he was given a befitting burial. He did not stop at that, he went ahead to build a state of the art, well-furnished duplex for late Haruna’s bereaved family in their country home Jalingo in Taraba state.
The family was called over to Sir EmekaOffor’s office in Abuja yesterday and handed over the keys to the house, framed pictures of the house and the personally signed letter from Sir EmekaOffor himself. Sir EmekaOffor built the house for Late John Haruna’s family through his sole sponsored foundation, Sir EmekaOffor Foundation SEOF.
