Ebikeme, who was abducted few days ago, has been freed

Son of elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clarke, Ebikeme, who was abducted few days ago, has been freed.

Ebikeme was abducted in Kiagbodo Community, Bomadi in Delta State on Wednesday.

Confirming his release, Police PRO in Delta State, DSP Tina Kalu, said the victim was released around midnight on Saturday. Although the Police PRO did not disclose whether a ransom was paid to secure his freedom, the kidnappers had earlier demanded a ransom of N60 million.
