New Edubiase assistant coach Michael Osei believes his side deserves to be in the finals of the FA Cup.
The Berkwai-based club achieved their highest ever finish in the Ghanaian top flight last season where they narrowly missed out on a top four finish to place fifth.
They have also been impressive in this season?s FA Cup competition and now face Wassaman United on Sunday for a place in the grand finale against the already qualified AshantiGold.
And Osei beileives despite the challenges facing the team, it is best suited to fight for the trophy come July 29.
?We have lost some three-four players but we still have some more in the team so we are not afraid,? he told Accra-based Radio XYZ.
?Our preparations have been a little bit short but I am sure we will be ready to face Wassaman United.
?We deserve this chance to win the FA Cup by virtue of our performance in the Premier League, so we wish to beat Wassaman so we can meet AshGold in the finals.?
The semi final tie will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium with free entry for Women and Children spectators this Sunday.
