Ghana play Guinea in another desperate West African derby in the final Group D match of the AFCON tournament.

For the Guineans their job is well cut-out; a convincing win against a team touted as favourites to win the tournament and a quarter final berth will be well on track.

The Ghanaians have a foot in the quarter finals but need to cement their position to avert any contorted football mathematics from caf’s boardroom.

Both sides, especially the Guineans have an eye on the other Group D game in which Mali take on Botswana- a match which will be played simultaneously.
