President John Mahama in a hand shake with Pascal Canfin, Minister Delegate attached to the French Minister of Foreign Affairs with responsibility for Development, after Ghana and France signed a strategic partnership document on Wednesday.
The document, which sets the priorities of the French-Ghanaian partnership for the period 2013-2016 in the fields of governance, economic growth, sustainable development, culture and Francophony, was initialed on behalf of Ghana by Seth Terkper, Minister of Finance & Economic Planning.
