The walk started from the Trade Fair Centre at La, through some principal streets of the capital and ended at the Kofi Annan International Peace-Keeping Centre, at Teshie.

About 200 participants, took part in the exercise.
Ing. Harold Esseku, National Councilor of Ghana Institution of Engineers called on Ghanaians to take active interest in sports and regular exercise to remain healthy.
He said regular exercise would reduce medical bills and also increase productivity.
According to Ing. Esseku, there was the need for Ghanaians to seek professional advice from the institution when embarking on building projects adding that the recent collapse of some building in the country in recent times were due to unprofessional advice.
