Muntari played arguably his best football under Rednapp between the 2007/2008 season where he won the FA cup in a memorable triumph over Manchester United.
The Ghana international holds a special relationship with Rednapp who has publicly declared the hot headed Ghanaian as one of the most talented players he has worked with.
His omission from Rednapps best elven is a bid surprising given Muntari has been integral in the few trophies Rednapp has won in his career.
