ICGC Pastor Advises Christians To Hold Onto The Promises Of God

Pastor Francis Fosu Frimpong, Resident Pastor of the International Central Gospel Church Tamale, Technical University Assembly has charged Christians to hold onto the promises of God and desist from acts that undermine their Christian values.

He said the inability of some Christians to follow through the processes of God had ruined the glorious promises God had prepared for them.

He said, “most often, the seemingly defeat of Christians are as a result of their inability to wait through the processes of God.”

Pastor Frimpong was speaking to members of the Prayer Theatre Ministry in Tamale on the theme: “Going through the process”.

He said “God is a God of process and order. He expects His children to demonstrate the spirit of faith by following the process to the promised land.”

He said, “although David in the Bible was anointed the King of Israel at a tender age, he waited through process in the wilderness before his manifestation.”

He added that going through the process was not the sign that God had deserted them adding “It is God’s ways of training and preparing you for the greater blessings.”

Pastor Frimpong called on Christians to demonstrate the spirit of hope, faith, and resilience as a way of attracting the covenant blessings of God into the country.

He prayed that God would grant Christians the patience of waiting in order to go through the process into the promise of God.
