The Queen mother of Adebaba Traditional Council of the Ashanti Region Nana Ampomah Darkowaa? II has tasked chiefs and colleague queen mothers within the Region and Ghana as a whole to use their God given powers to impose on the fall out of traditional rights and respects on the general public especially the youth to restored the dignity of cultural values and norms in the society.
The queen mother emphasized that the authoritative power obliges every chief or leader to translate the word of the Bible in their chieftaincy doctrine and governances, saying God has called on them to be kings and queens to constitute rules that will safeguard social rights and respects.
She said due to lack of societal rights governing the youth, it is common to see the youth dying at a younger age due to their sinful nature and the disrespect of elders in the society.
Chiefs and queen mothers have ordained with the divine spirit to rule the people within their communities.
She averred that parents have contributed for the sidelining of rights and traditional of their children but child rights and tradition has been a key in the Bible.
Nanahemaa said it is unnecessary and needless to smear their kingship tittle with blood simply because tradition demands.
Nana Ampomah Darkowaa II therefore, entreats chiefs and colleagues queen mothers to rest their hopes and lives on God to inject the word of God into their traditional roles as God ordained them to lead and pursued the path of righteousness.
