Ghana striker Jordan Ayew wants to put all of his effort into his on-field success and not interested in what the media say.

The 22-year-old is hugely regarded as one of the most talented players to have emerge from Ghana in recent times.

The third son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele could not save Sochaux from being relegated from the French top-flight after spending the last six-month on loan.

He impressed heavily during his short spell by scoring four goals for Herve Renard?s men.

The Marseille striker is among Ghana?s provisional 26-man squad for the World Cup and  says he just wants to do his talking on the pitch.

?I do not like granting interview not because I am arrogant. I believe it will be difficult to convince you with words if my performance is not good with the team,? Jordan told GHANAsoccernet.com

?I will prefer I keep my words to myself and go out on the pitch to do the talking.?

Ayew is hugely tipped to make the final 23-man squad and will be desperate to improve his goal scoring rate with team after having scored only twice in 10 appearances.
