Judge warns lawyers against delaying Espresso case

Accra based radio Citfm reports that Chief Justice has been petitioned over the delay in disposing of cases involving Celltel, now operating as Expresso and Kludjeson International as Kludjeson representative fails to appear in court .

Currently there are about 9 cases involving Celltel, now operating as Expresso and Kludjeson International in various courts especially the commercial division.

It is not clear who petitioned the office of the Chief Justice but Justice I. O. Tanko Amadu whose is hearing most of the cases has warned lawyers in the case that he would not accept delays of the cases again.Meanwhile Justice I. O. Tanko Amadu Friday rescheduled one of the cases involving Celltel, and Kludjeson International to next week Wednesday March, 18, 2015.

The case was rescheduled after witness for Kludjeson International informed the court through his lawyers that he was not medically fit to make it to court.
