Ghanaian content creator Sylvester Amponsah Boahen, known online as K_Sane, has built a fast-growing brand portfolio since entering the influencer space in 2023, according to the creator and industry event records.
K_Sane runs the Instagram account @k_sane1, which currently lists roughly 39,000 followers and describes him in its bio as having more than 700,000 followers on TikTok. Those figures differ from claims circulating that he has surpassed 1 million followers across platforms, a gap worth noting for readers weighing the scale of his reach.
He says he began building his online presence in 2023 while attending Asanteman Senior High School, from which he says he graduated in 2022, and later enrolled at Accra Technical University in 2024. His work has drawn a range of consumer brands, including Coca-Cola, Pepsodent, Telecel, Munchee, 1xBet and Guinness, along with food and lifestyle names such as Flicks and Licks, Aduane Pa, La Flame, Pot Belly Shark, Indomie, Check Check City, Hot Dog Avenue and Minimie, K_Sane says.
His most prominent association has been with phone maker TECNO. The company’s Glory Night Awards, co-hosted with TikTok Live and the Confederation of African Football, took place in Casablanca, Morocco in December 2025 alongside the Africa Cup of Nations, honoring pan-African content creators under TECNO’s “Power Your Moment” campaign. K_Sane says he was recognized as Africa’s Top Influencer at that event and was the only Ghana-based creator TECNO selected to attend the tournament, though organizers’ public materials on the awards did not name individual category winners.
K_Sane says his work with TECNO continued into a 2025 campaign for the TECNO Spark Slim, and that his other brand work has included the Coca-Cola World Cup Trophy Tour 2026 and Pepsodent campaigns in both 2025 and 2026. He also says he has collaborated with Ghanaian musicians including YPee, Gonaboy, O’Kenneth, OliveTheBoy and Kweku Smoke, and worked on MOMO Fest in 2025 and with IPMC.
His trajectory mirrors a broader shift in Ghana, where a growing number of young creators are converting social media followings into ongoing brand relationships spanning technology, food, telecoms and entertainment.
