Kevin-Prince Boateng believes AC Milan can finish in the Top 5 of the Serie A despite a shaky start.
The Ghana ace midfielder spoke spoke to the newspaper Il Giornale on the eve of Sunday’s derby against Inter.
“I am against this lack of confidence people speak of, I think positively. I say that I’ve seen the dark months of living in Germany and now I have found the light,” Boateng said.
“The fans must understand, you do not win more if he was to go away. Mihajlovic offers a great contribution, despite criticism and controversy he is always calm.
“Our goal is to fight for the top five.”
AC Milan beat rivals Inter 3-0 and are now sixth on the table; two points away from a Europa League spot.
