The ongoing projects are 2,000 buildings at Kuntuse in the Ga West Municipality in the Greater Accra Region and 1,800 at Panpanso in the Eastern Region.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency after inspecting the Panpanso project, near Nsawam, in the Eastern Region, Mr Kofi Anokye, the Managing Director of the company said the buildings would serve as residence, restaurants, hotels and offices to open up the areas.
He said so far the initiative has provided job opportunities to more than 700 youth while individuals are also taking advantage to do other businesses.
Mr Anokye said: “These youth could have migrated to the cities in search of non-existing jobs who could eventually become drug addicts and criminals and become liability to society.”
He said the company’s future plans are to provide estate buildings across the country that could be affordable to the citizenry and urged Ghanaian entrepreneurs to help grow the economy.
He called on parents and guardians to enroll their children into technical, commercial and vocational institutions for them to learn trades to be self-reliant.
