When you are starting a new venture, you do not want to focus on failure. But failure could be a possibility if necessary steps are not taken. Reasons for success or failure of any initiative can vary and can depend upon number of things, we here are going to discuss the key points that land up a new venture into a crash.

8. Make sure you have planned and strategized yourself. Nothing makes it worse, but a company with no plans and action map. Make sure you are well versed with your vision and mission.

9. Face the challenges. A little luck never harms, but keeping everything on the belief of fate can cost your dearly. Only hard work and planning can lead you to your success.
