Lil Wayne and Mountain Dew team up to inject something light-hearted and fun for the people of New Orleans. The skatepark is projected to be a free destination for the active people, especially those from the 9th ward community. Also tapping into the eco-friendly trend, the skatepark was made entirely using recycled material and is powered by solar energy.
?I thought why don?t I share my passion with my city, so I figured why not do it here for the ward 9th where Katrina hit the hardest? Wayne explains.
