?She’s won eight Grammys, toured the world and turned herself into a one-word household name. But Fergie tells In Touch that there’s no job more important than being a mom!?
?I?m still trying to find my footing and balance it all,? admits the singer, 38, who welcomed son Axl with husband Josh Duhamel, 41, in August. ?I think all new moms can relate to that.? The Black Eyed Peas singer is reveling in motherhood ? so much so that she’s even altered her style to accommodate her son!
“I’m wearing lower heels when I hold my son ? it?s definitely more comfortable,” Fergie tells In Touch ? adding that she’s also altered her trademark stiletto manicure! “I’ve softened the point.”
And though Fergie and Josh will be supportive of whatever path their son decides to go, “I’d care if he wants to be a singer or not,” at just 3 months old, Axl is already following in mom’s footsteps! The star gushes, “He’s starting to try to talk to me and sing with me! I’ll sit there and sing with him and he’ll look at me and laugh and try to chime in!”
