Jemima Anita De-Sosoo
According to a report by myjoyonline, National Women?s Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Jemima Anita De-Sosoo, has been appointed deputy National NADMO Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO).
She will be assisting the National Coordinator, Kofi Portuphy.
NADMO is the government agency responsible for the management of disasters as well as other emergencies in Ghana. The board operates under Ghana?s Ministry of the Interior.
Mr Portuphy has declared his intention to contest the National Chairmanship position of the governing National Democratic Congress.
Anita began her political career as a serial caller and rose through the ranks as a ward women?s organiser, a constituency women?s organiser, and a former national deputy propaganda secretary.
She holds a Bachelors? degree in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA).
