Women in the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) would soon embarked on?sex strike to compel the Mahama-led government to find a solution to the current energy crisis.
The sex strike by the women, would?form part of the alternatives available to Ghanaian women to register their displeasure at the ongoing epileptic supply of power in the country.
This was revealed by The Women organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Otiko Afisa Djaba ?who said, they will continue to strike again and again until the government listens to their pleas and do something immediately to help bring down the rate at which power goes off and on in the country
“?if John Mahama would not hear us, we the women would even go on sex strike?,? she said.
