The Managing Director of Stockrush Ghana Limited, a research and investment facilitation firm Farouk Khailann has disclosed that the Passion For Africa Business Forum will go a long way to stimulate investment on the African continent.
In an interview with the editor in chief of newsghana1.tempurl.host, he emphasized that the outcome of the first edition of the forum is incredible.
“All objectives of the forum was achieved, the keynote speaker Mr Base Sebonego has commenced preparatory work on establishing a business in Ghana. Two Ghanaians, Nana Kwame Bediako, founder of petronia city and Duke tonto, a young Ghanaian farmer are expected to be in Botswana in March 2016 on the invitation of Base Sebonego to access the investment potential in Botswana” He added
Every quarter, a highly successful personality on the Africa Business front is selected to tell his story and also contribute to the discussion of Africans seizing the golden opportunities presented by the continent as the new frontier of the global economy.
The personality is also patted on the back with the Pan African Business Achievement Award.
The inaugural event took place on the 20th to 23rd of November in Ghana, and the first business person was Base Sebonego, one of Botswana’s richest men according to Forbes Magazine.
The event was organized by Stockrush Ghana Limited and EIB Network. With support from Ministry of trade and industry and the Ghana investment promotion center.
