He said under his leadership, all parties that have contributed to the financial losses of the country will be arraigned before court and therefore warned them to be ready to face the full rigours of the law when voted into power.

The issue of judgment debts has been very topical in the nation since the inception of the ruling National Democratic party.
Self-acclaimed NDC financier, Alfred Woyome, has been at the centre of the recent judgment debts and currently faces charges in court for allegedly defrauding the nation of an amount of GHC 51 million.
Dr Nduom expressed that the judgment debt granted to Mr Woyome is a matter of interest to him because ?… as far as I am concerned, Woyome has a case to answer, I am communicating to Mr Odro to not only get ready to lose his seat but also be prepared to answer questions on the Woyome saga…?
In his view, Mr Woyome had no contract with the state to have merited such sum.
Addressing Cape Coast Polytechnic students in the Central region, Dr. Nduom indicated that a number of steps have been outlined by his party to safeguard the financial coffers of the state, when the PPP emerge victors in the December polls.
As part of the strategies to protect the national purse, he would ensure all government functionaries are accountable and any persons whose dishonesty leads to any act of ?financial misappropriation would have the laws to answer to.
?If anyone has taken Ghana?s money, he would be made to account for it come 2013…,? he stressed.
Dr Nduom who was optimistic the PPP will win this year?s elections also assured the students that his government would ensure they are employed when they exit tertiary education.
?We of the PPP know the value of Polytechnic education and we can assure you that the PPP government would implement practical steps that would ensure that every student exiting a tertiary education would be employed.?
?Let me tell you how some of the jobs will be created, the Asebu Juice Factory will be resuscitated , cooking oil will be produced with our soya bean and groundnut to halt its importation, a gold refinery will come, petro chemical industry, a new refinery to refine our crude oil. We will also provide technical and financial support and protect the private sector to provide the jobs.?
