Chelsea defender Abdul Baba Rahman has completed his loan move to German Club Schalke 04.
Rahman joined the Bundesliga side on a season-long loan after undergoing a successful medical.
The left-back will be returning to Germany after a year following his exit from Augsburg to Chelsea last season.
