The family heads of Odaitei Tse We have summoned one Richard Vanderpuye, the Lawful attorney for Kojo Siaw Ofori atta, in respect of a piece of land sold to one Mr. emmanuel Kofi akpobi.
In a release, Samuel Affotey Tetteh, joint heads of the family and lawful representatives of the Ashong Mlitse family of the Odaitei Tse We of Teshie-Accra, asked the Lawful Attorney to appear before them with the original site plan of the land in question.
?He should also come along with the contract documents between Kojo Siaw and Kofi Akpobi,? the release stated.
