Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has inaugurated Zannoo International School in Wa, marking a significant addition to private education in the Upper West Regional capital.
The new institution aims to compete with established private schools by offering quality education and modern facilities to the public.
Since becoming Speaker in 2021, Bagbin has driven numerous development projects in his home region. His education initiatives include constructing an Assembly Hall for Wa Senior High School and upgrading facilities at Sombo Senior High School. In sports, he provided an astroturf for McCoy College of Education, rehabilitated Wa Sports Stadium, and initiated another astroturf project at Simon Diedong Dombo University.
The newly operational Zannoo International School reinforces Bagbin’s enduring commitment to Upper West’s growth through critical infrastructure investments.
