Influential Ismaily midfielder Torric Jebrin says he is hopeful of cementing his regular playing time under new coach Nasreddine Nabi.
The former African giants announced the appointment of the former Tunisia international Nasriddine Nabi as the head coach of the club yesterday after the departure of Hossam Mido.
Mido, according to reports resigned as the head coach of the club after a short misunderstanding with the captain of the team Hosny Abd Rabbo necessitating the appointment of the Tunisian as his successor.
Torric Jebrin had enjoyed a successful run under the coaching leadership of Mido, lasting the full throttle of every single game played.
Fans of the former Hearts of Oak whiz kid have been worried as to whether he can command his regular playing time.
But Torric Jebrin insists that he will still command his starting role in the team despite the managerial changes.
“I will do my best to maintain my starting role in the team despite the change of coach. I know every coach has what he looks for in a player but I believe I will impress the new coach and maintain my position in the team,” Torric told GHANAsoccernet.com
“We are yet to meet the coach. We are told he will be coming in a few days time. We will all know what he wants and know what we can also give him.”
