Some men have beseiged the headoffice of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) alleging that NADMO?s head, Kofi Portuphy, and some officials have stock-piled ballot papers to be sent to some polling stations at 5:00pm.
Security personnel have since been deployed to Kanda, where the office is situated.
Mr Portuphy has denied this allegation and has promised to send media personnel around the premises of the Organisation to find out whether there is any substance to the allegations.
