People of the Greater Accra region will have the opportunity to directly demand better services from Utility Providers.
The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission is organizing a forum at which the Power Producer Volta River Authority, Power Transmitter Ghana Grid Company Limited and Power Distributor Electricity Company of Ghana will all present to directly address consumers in the region about the ongoing power crisis which has plunged the country into a load shedding regime.
The Ghana Water Company Limited will also be at the forum to give answers to the residents about the ongoing water rationing exercise.
Similar for a have been held in other regions across the country.
The PURC says it hopes to use the platform to bring clarity to the power and water rationing exercises.
