Nintendo?s first UK advert for its new Wii U console is out ? and it stars Brad Pitt. Kinda.
Okay, maybe not ? Brad just appears in the first few frames of a YouTube grab of the ad. But for a while it seemed to catch a few people out ? and frankly the ad could use a bit of star power.
Instead it takes the form of a very simple bullet-point list of what makes the Wii U worth buying.
Listing the new control methods opened up by the system?s tablet-based controller, to the new types of games that will be offered at launch, it?s the most pared-down explanation of the Wii U we?ve seen Nintendo give yet.
