The body of the late Governor of Kaduna State Patrick Yakowa is being lowered to the grave. His wife and children all in white attires are surrounding the grave with tears in their eyes. Having poured shovels of sand on the coffin one after the other, the officiating priest is praying for the last time.
Yakowa?s grave is prepared like those of people of old Egypt. It is a preserving tomb fortified with glittering granite and stone. As they recite ?hail Mary? some youths are closing the tomb with cast bricks moulded into doors. The tomb has been closed and people quietly walk back one after the other. The former governor is now alone in the grave, without his wife, without his children, without his many aides.
